Full Home Renovation

Whole-home remodels, delivered turnkey

One contractor from start to finish. Kitchens, bathrooms, floors, paint, doors, trim — coordinated by us, so you deal with one team, one schedule, one accountability.

What "turnkey" actually means

You hand us the keys, we hand them back — with the whole house done. No juggling five subs, no waiting on one crew to finish before the next one starts. We plan the sequence, order materials, and run every phase from demo through final walk-through.

  • Full interior remodel (kitchen + baths + living areas)
  • Whole-home paint, drywall repair, trim replacement
  • Flooring throughout (LVP, hardwood, tile)
  • All doors and windows, interior and exterior
  • Cabinet installations, closet systems, built-ins
  • Basement finish or attic conversion when in scope
  • Coordination with licensed electrical, plumbing, HVAC subs
  • Permit pull and inspection coordination
  • Daily cleanup, phase walkthroughs, final punch list
One contractor, one contract, one warranty. The biggest hidden cost in home renovation isn't materials — it's the gap between subs. When one crew finishes late, the next one bumps out, and the whole project drifts. We own the schedule.

FAQ

How long does a full home renovation take?

Cosmetic refresh: 3–5 weeks. Mid-level turnkey with new kitchen and baths: 8–14 weeks. Full remodel with layout changes and permits: 4–7 months. Longer projects are broken into phases so you're not without a kitchen or bathroom for the whole run.

Can we live in the house during the remodel?

For most projects, yes — we phase the work so at least one bathroom and a working kitchen (temporary or existing) stay usable. For gut renovations or basement structural work, we usually recommend relocating for 2–4 weeks of peak disruption.

Do you handle design, or do we need an architect?

For cosmetic and mid-level projects, we work directly from your ideas and material selections. For layout changes, structural walls, or additions, we bring in a licensed architect or structural engineer. Cost is included in the estimate.

Do you offer phased pricing so we can split the project?

Yes. Some clients do kitchen and baths this year, floors and paint next year. We can quote the full plan and lock pricing on phase 1 with a right-of-first-refusal on phase 2.

What about permits and inspections?

Included. We pull permits with your town, coordinate with the building inspector, electrical inspector, and plumbing inspector as needed, and handle sign-offs before final payment.

Do you require milestone payments?

Yes — for projects over $5,000. Massachusetts law caps deposit at one-third of the contract price. After that, we work off milestones (demo complete, framing complete, mechanical rough-in, final finish, walk-through) so you never pay ahead of work.
