Flooring Installation

Flooring done with care for the details

LVP, hardwood, laminate, tile — installed with level subfloors, tight seams, and clean transitions. The finish quality shows in the seams.

Flooring we install

  • Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) — most popular for kitchens, bath, basements
  • Hardwood — nail-down solid, glue-down, engineered floating
  • Laminate — budget-friendly, click-lock systems
  • Tile — porcelain, ceramic, natural stone (mudset or thinset)
  • Sheet vinyl — commercial kitchens, mudrooms
  • Subfloor repair and leveling before install
  • Demolition and removal of old flooring
  • Baseboard and quarter-round trim install
  • Transitions and reducers
Level subfloor = perfect finish. The biggest cause of squeaky, bouncy, or gapped floors is a subfloor that wasn't leveled first. We check with a laser level and self-level any low spots before laying new floor.

FAQ

Which flooring is best for kitchens?

LVP is the winner right now — waterproof, easy to install, comfortable underfoot. Tile is bulletproof but colder and harder. Hardwood works but avoid it directly under the sink area.

Do I need to remove furniture before you start?

Yes, ideally. If mobility is an issue we can help move furniture for a small extra charge.

Can new flooring go over old?

Sometimes yes for LVP and laminate — but only if the existing floor is level and stable. Old vinyl or tile? Usually better to demo first.
