Weather sealing is what makes a door last. A door installed without proper flashing, weatherstripping, and threshold seal will leak air, water, and eventually rot. We do it right the first time.

- Interior door install (pre-hung): $275/each
- Bifold or slider door: $325/each
- Barn door install: $450/each

FAQ
Do you supply doors and windows or do I buy them?
Either. If you supply, no material markup — labor only. If we source, we add 15-20% material handling.
What about drywall damage during window replacement?
Retrofit windows usually cause no drywall damage. New-construction windows need drywall patching, which we include in the estimate.
Can you install a new door where there's no opening?
Yes — we frame the opening, install header, hang the door, and finish trim. Requires a permit if it's an exterior wall.
